The Cornerstone Flock was designed back in 2004 to minister to the unique needs of married couples in those foundational years before children arrive. We focus on building enduring relationships within the group through open, round table sharing and discussions in Sunday School, our monthly home connection group, and regular social activities. Naturally, in all we do, our intent is to encourage and equip one another by developing life long habits that lead to spiritual maturity. We love to see Cornerstone couples following Jesus, reading, studying and applying God’s Word to their own heart and to their marriage, as well as praying together all the time about everything. We are a changing group as one might easily predict. Many, but not all, Cornerstone couples soon find themselves facing the next phase of family life with 2 or 3 youngsters, and move on to other flocks. But there always seems to be plenty of new couples taking their places around our tables. If you are a “pre-child” married couple, then without question, there is room for you too.
