“My parents made God the center of our home and I can not remember a time when I did not hear the Bible read or know Jesus died for sinners like me. I accepted Christ as my personal Savior and Lord when I was six years old. Though I was young, I clearly remember the battle in my soul. My sinful nature did not want to surrender to Jesus but I remember the release and joy when I finally admitted my sin, put my trust in Jesus’ death and resurrection, and gave my life to Him.” Jim was born in France to missionary parents but he spent most of his growing-up years in Deerfield, IL, a suburb of Chicago. Jim is a graduate of Wheaton College (BA Philosophy) and holds a M.Div. and Ph.D. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. As Senior Pastor, Jim serves the church with a vision for preaching God's Word, shepherding God's people and mobilizing the church for gospel ministry. Jim and Lisa have four children: Claire, Julia, Sarah and Andrew. | |||||

"God gave me godly parents who taught and lived out the Scriptures that made me wise for salvation that is through faith which is in Christ Jesus. By God's grace I realized my sinfulness and called out to him at the age of five. Since then God has been faithfully working to complete the good work He began in me." On staff since 2007, Phil works to teach, encourage, and help the saints at TBC to become conformed to the image of the Lord Jesus Christ and equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to serve Him effectively. "I was led to the Lord at 11 years of age by a traveling Evangelist who I had never met before or since. This happened because an older boy who befriended me invited me to come to his church to hear a special speaker." Since 1974, Bob has been the servant leader attempting to equip and mobilize the body of Christ to make disciples both at home and around the world. His personal zeal for evangelism is inspiring to the entire staff. He and wife Linda have four adult children: Felicia, Shawn, Kevin, and Damon. “I was 22 years old when I began my life-long walk with Jesus Christ. Alone in a motel room in Burbank, CA, I asked for forgiveness of my sin and trusted Christ as my Savior and Lord. At age 23 I was called into the ministry.” Chuck has been joyfully serving as the Worship Pastor at Tulsa Bible Church since he came on staff in 2007. He is assisted by his wife, Frannie, in his roles here at TBC. Chuck and Frannie have been married since 1984, and they have two children, Jenny and Chris. "I received Christ at the age of 22 while serving the final year of my enlistment in the United States Coast Guard. I woke up on October 3, 1999, convicted of my sin and desperate for forgiveness. On my knees, I cried out to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith." Ryan attended Oklahoma State University where he obtained a B.S. in Secondary Education with an emphasis in biology. He also completed a M.Ed. from Northeastern State University, and a Certificate of Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute. As the interim family and youth director, Ryan's objective is to provide vision and leadership to the youth ministries of TBC so that the junior high and senior high school students grow as disciples of Jesus Christ. He and his wife, Dana, have four kids: Mia, Caden, Alyssa, & Emma. | |||||

"God wonderfully saved me as a five year old boy in a Christian home! Even at that age, I began to understand the brevity of life after the death of a relative. I knew that I was a sinner and would be judged for my sin, and if I died like that relative had, I would be lost forever. I also understood that Jesus Christ had come to give his life as a ransom. He took my sin on himself and gave to me his goodness and righteousness. My hope and faith are forever in Christ and his loving sacrifice for me." Paul and his wife Lindsay have served in various ministry capacities for over ten years. Paul was an associate pastor at a church in Denver before moving to Tulsa to serve as the director of Discover the Book Ministries. He has since served as the young adult singles pastor at TBC and is currently working on his Master's degree through Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
