As you contact TBC members for support, we recommend that you only contact people you “personally know” rather than everyone in the church directory. Your support raising letter should include a ‘coupon’ for them to use when giving to your account. Sample letters and coupons are available through the church office. TOTAL needed funds should be raised at least 30 days prior to departure. It is your responsibility to monitor that adequate funds are raised and received. Prior to leaving on your trip, it is your responsibility to contact the Missions Committee and update them on the status of your financial status.
